Very responsive and very helpful with my trucks problem very much satisfied😊

I saw when my car was parked after service. After 45 minutes when I inquired, I was told that the computer system was down. I was in the dealership from 8:30 appointment to 11:10.

I had to wait there for 5 hours. They Did Not offer to let me use a loner to go and take care of my other.business. l just had to sit there until they finally got to me.

The wait time for an appointment that was scheduled ahead was more than I expected.

Only negative was we arrived at 9:30 but wasn't until almost 10 until they were able to intake us and get it moving. Oil change finished at 11:15ish. Almost two hours from the appointment time.

Matt was very helpful. Both of them actually, LOL. I was getting ready for a long trip and needed an oil change and service quickly, Matt the service manager was able to work me in in less than 2 days and I was able to get the road. Thanks for the understanding Matt

Timely

My experience was great, Casey did a great job with scheduling my oil change and tire rotation, I was in and out with a hour. Casey has great customer service, she’s the best!!!
